WatersEdge Gallery has been in business since 1994. The current owner took over in 2004. It is located right at the quintessential heart of Gig Harbor, near the intersection of Pioneer Way and Harborview Drive. This is a destination location with plenty of local and visitor foot traffic. The business has a very favorable lease on this location through 12-2021.

The current owner has developed the framery to provide the bulk of income for the business. WatersEdge Gallery has a great reputation locally as a premium framery, as well as lucrative associations with framing suppliers. Sale includes all framing equipment and materials. Owner states that a raise in framing rates is overdue at his shop, providing an immediate bump in profitability.
